SERALITE® - FLC SERUM kit allows the simultaneous measurement of kappa and lambda free light chains (FLC) in human serum. SERALITE® - FLC SERUM antibodies yield a high degree of sensitivity and specificity as shown by their extensive validation with more than 14000 patient samplesa.

The reading and ratio calculation are automatically performed by the “all in one” ADxLR5 reader.

Test principle

SERALITE® - FLC SERUM is a lateral flow immunoassay based on competitive inhibition.
The operator will mix 100 µL of patient serum within a single vial of the ready to use application buffer. 100 µL of the mix is applied onto the device. After 10 min of incubation, results are read in the ADxLR5 to simultaneously obtain free kappa and free lambda concentration in mg/L and κ/λ ratio calculation.

SERALITE® - FLC SERUM in conjunction with the ADxLR5 uses an integrated calibration mode with no need to calibrate each batch of tests.
